- What is Bronze Sinter Bearing? -

In today's newsletter, we will introduce the new product, Bronze Sinter Bearings.

Bronze Sinter Bearings are special bearings that undergo a unique manufacturing process. Bronze, iron, and stainless-steel powders are molded and sintered at high pressure, and then soaked in oil under high-temperature vacuum conditions.

These bearings exhibit stable and excellent performance under medium velocity and low-load conditions. Through the high-temperature vacuum impregnation, oil is effectively supplied to the tiny spaces inside the bearing, minimizing friction.

This results in outstanding durability, allowing for stable operation even for a short period without oil.

Characteristics of Bronze Sinter Bearings
